Documentation Review
We will be onsite to review all documentation that the state inspector will be asking for. If there are deficiencies in your documentation, we will outline those in our final assessment with instructions for management to take corrective action.
Facility & Equipment Assessment
There will be a review of the facility for things like posted signs, radiation protection PPE, image quality assurance documentation. Equipment performance evaluations may be recommended and we will help you acquire that service for any or all of your radiology devices.
Comprehensive Compliance Report
Once we have completed our assessment, a comprehensive report will be provided to the practice administrator and veterinary medical director. This report will outline the current disposition of inspection readiness. Recommendations to correct any violations or deficiencies are provided in this report with photographic documentation (when appropriate).
